Job Description

  • Job Summary:

    The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling Ashapower’s solar and electronic products (such as MPPT charge controllers, inverters, etc.) to dealers, distributors, and end customers within the assigned territory. The role involves achieving sales targets, developing market reach, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Identify potential customers and generate new leads within the assigned territory.

    • Visit dealers, distributors, and project sites to promote company products.

    • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.

    • Provide regular feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

    • Ensure proper follow-up on inquiries, quotations, and order closures.

    • Coordinate with the internal sales and logistics team for order processing and delivery.

    • Participate in promotional activities, product demos, and trade exhibitions.

    • Prepare daily visit reports and update customer databases.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

    • 1–3 years of experience in field sales (preferably in the solar, electrical, or electronics industry).

    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

    • Strong customer relationship management.

    • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

    • Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
