Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Generation & Business Development:

Identify and target potential clients in your assigned territory to generate new business opportunities.

Meet prospective clients face-to-face, understand their needs, and present the company’s products and services to close sales.

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.

Continuously prospect for new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
2. Sales Presentations & Negotiation:

Conduct in-person sales presentations to potential clients, demonstrating the features and benefits of our products/services.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract details with clients to close deals successfully.

Provide tailored solutions to meet client needs while ensuring profitability for the company.
3. Achieving Sales Targets:

Meet or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Track sales progress and provide regular reports on sales activities and performance.

Monitor the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and closures of deals.
4. Customer Relationship Management:

Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.

Follow up on customer inquiries and provide timely support.

Offer after-sales support to enhance customer experience and foster long-term relationships.
5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

Gather and report market intelligence, including competitor activity and customer feedback.

Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitor pricing strategies to adjust sales tactics accordingly.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
6. Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and customer feedback in the CRM system.

Prepare sales reports and provide insights into sales performance to management.

Document all sales activities, contracts, and agreements for future reference and compliance.
7. Collaboration with Internal Teams:

Work closely with the marketing, customer support, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Coordinate with the logistics team for product delivery or service implementation.

Provide feedback to the product development team on customer requirements or areas for improvement.
8. Product Knowledge & Training:

Continuously enhance product knowledge to provide accurate information to clients and effectively address any product-related queries.
