Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Business Development Executive to join our study abroad team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads, visiting colleges, educational institutions, and other potential sources, and driving student enrollments for overseas education programs.
This role involves extensive on-ground activities, networking, and relationship building to increase brand visibility and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new leads through field visits, college seminars, education fairs, and referrals.

Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, college authorities, and referral partners.

Promote study abroad programs and services offered by the consultancy.

Conduct on-ground promotional activities, including info sessions, stalls, and counseling drives.

Collaborate with the marketing team to implement local campaigns and promotional strategies.

Track leads and update status regularly in the CRM system.
-
Meet and exceed weekly/monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
-
Collect and analyze feedback to improve student engagement and outreach effectiveness.

Provide regular field reports, insights, and competitor analysis to management.
