Job Description

Provide guidance to the customers at their residences by exploring various product & finish options after site inspection & evaluation. Coordinate and supervise the execution of painting work at the customer sites through a panel of appointed contractors as per recommended guidelines. Provide in-store consultancy to walk-in consumer.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Business Development:

    • Identify and approach potential customers in designated geographic areas.

    • Promote and demonstrate the company’s products or services to customers at their location.

    • Understand customer needs, explain product features, and suggest solutions tailored to their requirements.

    • Generate new business through direct sales visits, cold calls, field prospecting, and referrals.

  2. Client Relationship Management:

    • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and quality service.

    • Act as a point of contact for customer queries, resolving issues promptly and effectively.

    • Understand and analyze customer behavior to improve satisfaction and increase sales potential.

  3. Target Achievement:

    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the sales manager.

    • Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and forecast sales volume.

    • Track and report daily sales activities, lead status, and follow-up results to management.

  4. Market Research and Competitor Analysis:

    • Monitor market conditions and competitor activities in the assigned territory.

    • Gather feedback from the field to assist the marketing and product development teams.

    • Stay up to date with industry trends and customer preferences.

  5. Reporting and Documentation:

    • Maintain detailed records of customer visits, calls made, deals closed, and sales activities.

    • Submit accurate and timely daily/weekly/monthly reports to supervisors.

    • Use CRM tools, mobile apps, or Excel sheets to manage lead information and update progress.

  6. Coordination and Teamwork:

    • Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, customer support, and accounts to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

    • Share insights and collaborate with fellow sales executives to achieve collective goals.

    • Attend sales meetings, training programs, and promotional events.
