FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE

Job Description

1.     Get the sale using various customer sales methods (Counter to Counter, cold calling, Presentations, Outdoor event  & activities etc.)

2.     Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness

3.     Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships

4.     Meet personal and team sales targets which will be evaluated every month.

5.     Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads

6.     Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments

7.     Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data

8.     Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory.

9.     Travel to locations for collection follow-up & order procurements for the route map allocated.

10.  Responsible for sales of company products according to the catalogue provided, update schemes & offers for the customers from time to time.

11.  Carry out surveys and current trends in the industry such as prices of the products & demand for it etc.,

12.  Need to visit and add New counters in the route allocated on a daily basis.

13.  Candidate should be ready to travel all over India.

Required Skills:

1.     Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management

2.     Computer use competency

3.     Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

4.     Self motivated and driven

5.     Well versed with Telugu, Hindi & English Languages

6.     Basic banking knowledge (in terms of cheques, NEFT, RTGS etc.)

Salary Range:

15,000 to 20,000 per month  plus incentives & allowances.

Note: After Probational training of 3 months, 1% additional incentive will be provided on the sales as a bonus so that candidate can earn upto 30,000 to 40,000 per month.
