Job Description
We are seeking dynamic and driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. If you are passionate about sales, customer engagement, and achieving targets, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers in the assigned region .Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Conduct product presentations and field visits
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Submit daily/weekly reports on activities and performance
- Coordinate with the Pune-based head office for updates and reporting
1 to 3 years of experience in field sales or a related role
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Ability to work independently and remotely
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory (Pune, Bangalore or Belagavi)
Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus
- Competitive salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month
