Field Sales Executive
Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and goal-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell plots/land properties offered by our company. This is a field-oriented sales role that involves site visits, client interaction, lead follow-ups, and closing sales deals for residential, commercial, or agricultural plots.
The ideal candidate will have a flair for communication, a basic understanding of real estate sales, and the confidence to deal with clients in person. Candidates who are familiar with the local geography and possess a two-wheeler will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development:

Promote and sell land plots or properties to prospective buyers.

Attend walk-ins and inbound leads, and conduct cold calling or field canvassing to generate leads.

Schedule and conduct property site visits with interested buyers.

Explain location benefits, investment potential, documentation, and payment plans clearly to clients.
2. Client Communication & Follow-ups:

Handle incoming queries from leads generated through digital campaigns, walk-ins, or referrals.

Maintain consistent follow-ups via phone, WhatsApp, email, or in-person to convert interest into bookings.

Address client objections and provide accurate property and legal details.

Create trust and rapport with clients to ensure high conversion rates.
3. Field Work & Site Management:

Visit various client locations and escort them to project sites for property inspection.

Ensure the site is presentable and marketing materials are available for prospective buyers.

Coordinate with the site office and backend team for updated inventory, plot availability, and pricing.

Participate in real estate expos, site launch events, or local activations as required.
4. Documentation & Sales Closure:

Assist clients in completing booking forms and verifying KYC and property-related documents.

Liaise with the legal or sales admin team to ensure timely registration and payment processing.

Maintain accurate and updated records of bookings, client visits, and payments.
5. Reporting & Coordination:

Submit daily/weekly reports on leads generated, calls made, site visits conducted, and deals closed.

Use CRM or Excel sheets to track sales funnel and client interactions.

Coordinate with the sales manager and marketing team to align lead generation with field efforts.
