Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. This role involves visiting prospective and existing clients on-site, pitching products or services, closing sales deals, and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should be confident, self-driven, and passionate about achieving sales targets.
The Field Sales Executive plays a vital role in expanding market presence, increasing revenue, and ensuring customer satisfaction through personalized engagement and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Generation and Client Acquisition

Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, cold calls, referrals, and networking.

Present and promote company products or services to prospective clients.

Demonstrate product features and benefits with clarity and confidence.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions in line with company policies.

Close sales and meet or exceed assigned targets.
2. Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Address customer queries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally.

Educate clients about new products, upgrades, and promotions.
3. Market Intelligence and Reporting

Collect and report market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities.

Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports detailing visits, sales, and client interactions.

Work closely with the sales manager and internal teams to improve sales strategies and meet business goals.
4. Promotions and Campaign Support

Participate in promotional activities, trade shows, roadshows, and campaigns when required.

Distribute marketing materials and product samples during field visits.
