Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with key Customers in the heavy equipment machinery sector. The Field Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and ensuring the success of our online portal. 

Responsibilities:

Business Development:
  • Identify and target potential Customers within the heavy equipment machinery industry.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through market research and networking.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Customers' needs and provide tailored solutions through our online platform.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key Customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding Customers' businesses and providing expert guidance on utilizing our platform effectively.
  • Collaborate with the customers to address any issues and ensure a positive experience.
Market Intelligence:
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Provide regular feedback to the management team regarding market insights and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the heavy equipment machinery or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of heavy equipment machinery and the intricacies of buying and selling in this sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and other sales-related software.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the heavy equipment machinery sector.
