Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a strategic approach to sales, and the ability to build long-lasting client relationships while consistently achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales leads, prospects, and business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular client visits to pitch products/services, understand customer needs, and close deals.
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to enhance client retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt strategies.
- Submit daily reports and maintain up-to-date records in CRM tools.
Key Requirements:
- Interest in sales field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
