Job Description

1. This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales specialist at Deep buildwell Pvt. Ltd. located in Gurugram. 
2. Cultivate relationships with clients, negotiate contracts, and oversee the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction.

Overview:

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to drive direct sales, acquire new customers, and grow revenue by visiting potential clients. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, sales expertise, and the ability to work independently in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development:

  • Visit potential customers, retailers, and businesses to promote products/services.
  • Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally.

3. Market Research & Strategy:

  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Gather feedback on competitor activities and customer preferences.
  • Suggest improvements in sales strategies based on market insights.

4. Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain daily visit reports, sales records, and client databases.
  • Provide regular updates to the sales manager on progress and challenges.
  • Ensure proper documentation of orders and agreements.
