Job Overview
We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to drive sales by meeting potential customers, pitching products/services, and closing deals. This role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Generation
- Visit potential customers and businesses to promote products/services.
- Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
- Follow up with prospects and close sales deals.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Address customer queries and provide after-sales support.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business.
Market Research & Reporting
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to management.
- Identify opportunities for business expansion.
Skills & Qualifications
Technical & Sales Skills
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and negotiation strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and field sales tracking apps (preferred).
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence and persuasion skills to influence potential buyers.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to field challenges.
