Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, acquiring new customers, maintaining existing accounts, and achieving sales targets in a designated territory. This role involves direct interaction with customers in the field, making it essential for the candidate to be dynamic, persuasive, and customer-focused.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proven ability to close sales, and a passion for achieving results. The position requires frequent travel within the assigned region, so candidates must be comfortable with fieldwork and have a strong understanding of the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Prospecting and Lead Generation

Identify and prospect potential customers in your assigned region through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Organize meetings with potential customers to introduce products/services and understand their needs.
2. Product/Service Presentation

Present and demonstrate products/services to customers, highlighting their features and benefits.

Explain pricing, promotions, and payment options clearly to customers.
3. Sales Conversion and Closing Deals

Convert leads into customers by persuading and negotiating to close sales.

Ensure that all sales opportunities are maximized and targets are consistently met or exceeded.

Maintain a detailed record of all interactions with prospects and customers in the CRM system.
4. Account Management

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Address customer queries, concerns, and after-sales issues in a timely and professional manner.

Upsell or cross-sell additional products and services based on customer needs and company offerings.
5. Market Research and Reporting

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.

Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer insights and product suggestions.

Submit regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and results.
6. Documentation and Administrative Tasks

Complete all necessary paperwork for sales orders, contracts, and payment processing.

Ensure accurate record-keeping of sales transactions, customer contact information, and sales activities.

Collaborate with the logistics and support teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
