Job Description

We are looking for field sales executive for a new real estate agency based in Vashi and Nerul. candidate must have bike. Experienced from 1 year to 3 years. 

Job Key pointers

- Closures with clients and developers team

- Telecalling with customers on data. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify potential buyers and investors through field visits, networking, referrals, and cold calling.

  • Generate and qualify leads through site visits, local outreach, and participation in promotional events.

  • Follow up on leads provided by the marketing or telesales team to convert them into active prospects.

2. Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Meet clients at project sites, provide detailed information about properties, and conduct property tours.

  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable real estate options based on their needs and budget.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

  • Address customer queries, concerns, and objections with professionalism and product knowledge.

3. Sales Closures

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

  • Negotiate terms and prices with clients and guide them through the closing process.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the management.

  • Assist clients with booking formalities, documentation, loan processing support, and payment schedules.

4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  • Stay updated on current real estate market trends, pricing, new launches, and competitors’ offerings.

  • Gather and report customer feedback and market insights to the sales and marketing teams.

  • Suggest improvements in sales strategy based on market conditions and customer preferences.

5. Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain daily reports of visits, calls made, leads generated, and deals closed.

  • Coordinate with the marketing, CRM, and documentation teams for a seamless customer experience.

  • Attend regular sales meetings and training sessions to update skills and product knowledge.
