Job Description

There is no fixed salary in this job .It is 100%  Commission based . There is a good opportunity for you to earn good amount of money. You have to sell Property and earn commission . Field work requires .

Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads through various channels.
Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
Schedule and conduct property viewings and open houses.
Provide professional advice and consultancy to clients regarding market conditions and property values.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with clients post-sale.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless transaction processes.

Skills:
Strong understanding of the local real estate market.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
A result-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
