Job Description
· Sales Generation- Identify & Pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting , lead generation & cold calling.
Develop and maintain strong relationship with clients to upsell & cross –sell opportunities.
· Marketing Strategy: Assist in the development of strategic marketing plans, collaborate with marketing team for promotional materials and digital marketing campaigns.
· Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns and feedback in a timely and profession manner.
· Sales Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular reports, forecast and performance metrics to track progress towards sales targets.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education:

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Candidates with a Diploma and relevant field sales experience will also be considered.
Experience:

Prefer proven experience in field sales, direct sales, or similar roles.

Freshers with high motivation and strong communication skills may also be considered.
Technical Skills:

Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM tools).

Familiarity with sales reporting systems and lead management.
Soft Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
