Job Description
We are looking for a Field Sales Executive who is energetic and has excellent communication skills to join our growing team!
Job Responsibilities:-
Conduct field visits to generate and follow up on leads

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

Effectively promote and sell company products and services
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Acquisition
-
Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, referrals, cold calling, and local market intelligence.

Promote and sell the company’s products or services (e.g., mobile plans, FMCG items, real estate properties, loans, insurance, etc.).
-
Understand the customer’s requirements, budget, and preferences, and recommend suitable solutions.
2. Product Demonstration & Pitching
-
Explain product features, pricing, offers, and benefits in a simple and convincing manner.

Demonstrate the use of products (if applicable) and offer live examples to highlight value.

Address customer queries, handle objections, and build trust to close the deal.
3. Lead Generation and Follow-Up
-
Generate leads through field surveys, area mapping, promotional events, and local campaigns.

Maintain a pipeline of leads and follow up regularly via phone calls, WhatsApp, or personal visits.
-
Track leads from inquiry to closure and update daily activity in CRM or reporting tools.
4. Sales Closure
-
Convert qualified leads into confirmed sales through effective communication and negotiation.

Prepare basic documentation, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely delivery of the product or service.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets assigned by the team leader or sales manager.
5. Market Research & Feedback

Collect information about competitors, customer feedback, and market trends from the field.

Suggest improvements to marketing strategies or product features based on ground-level observations.

Share insights with the sales and marketing team to enhance future campaigns.
6. Reporting and Coordination
-
Submit daily field visit reports, lead status updates, and sales summaries to the manager.

Maintain discipline in daily route planning and attendance.

Participate in daily or weekly team meetings, reviews, and training sessions.

Local language fluency (Tamil / Kannada / Telugu / Hindi)
