Job Description
Location: Pune/Bangalore
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join India’s leading digital payments company. The candidate will be responsible for onboarding new merchants, promoting digital payment solutions, and building strong, long-term relationships with clients. This role involves outdoor sales and fieldwork, requiring travel within the assigned area to acquire and support merchants.
As a Field Sales Executive, your core mission is to drive adoption of digital payment services by small and medium businesses (kirana shops, retailers, restaurants, vendors, etc.) while ensuring high customer satisfaction and after-sales service.
• Fresher 24k in hand CTC 26
• Experienced: 28k in hand CTC 31
• Sales of QR Codes & Sound Boxes
• Customer relationship management
• Field visits to resolve issues
• Field sales experience (preferred)
• Good communication skills
• Bike ownership
• 6 working days
Key Responsibilities:
1. Merchant Onboarding & Product Sales:

Visit local markets and approach merchants, shopkeepers, and business owners to sell digital payment solutions such as:

UPI QR Codes
-
Soundbox Devices
-
POS Machines (Swipe Devices)
-
Payment Gateway or Wallet Solutions
-

Educate merchants on product features, benefits, and pricing plans.

Complete KYC documentation, collect necessary documents, and assist in account activation.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
-
Maintain strong relationships with onboarded merchants to ensure continued usage and satisfaction.

Act as the single point of contact for any service-related issues or troubleshooting needs.

Follow up regularly with existing users for upgrades, feedback, or additional products.
3. Issue Resolution & Support:
-
Identify and resolve merchant complaints related to devices, settlement issues, or payment failures.

Coordinate with the backend support team or customer service for escalations and follow-ups.

Replace faulty devices or assist with technical updates where needed.
4. Daily Reporting & Coordination:

Update sales reports, calls made, and new onboarding data on a daily basis.

Use mobile apps or CRM tools provided by the company to input real-time data.

Report performance metrics to the Sales Manager and attend daily briefings.
5. Market Intelligence:

Gather insights on competitor activities, market trends, and merchant preferences.

Share suggestions to improve product offerings or service delivery based on field observations.
