We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. As a fresher, you will receive training and support to develop essential sales skills and gain hands-on experience in the field. Your primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities, maintain client relationships, and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits to identify and acquire potential customers.
Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Meet sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Prepare and submit daily sales reports to the manager.
Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to improve sales strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.
Proficiency in local language(s) and English is a plus.
Own vehicle and valid driving license (if required for the job).
