Farmtheory is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to our sales expansion efforts within the agricultural sector.

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. This involves regular travel to visit clients on-site, conducting product demonstrations, providing technical support, and gathering market intelligence. The ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work independently is crucial.

Requirement:

  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in Field Sales.
  • Experience in the agricultural or related industries preferred.
  • Strong understanding of farming practices and crop cycles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Budget: Max ₹400,000 INR per annum.
  • Job Type: Payroll

Role and responsibility:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct regular field visits to meet with farmers and agricultural businesses.
  • Provide product demonstrations and technical support to clients.
