Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Acquisition:

Visit potential customers at homes, workplaces, shops, or business establishments.

Identify and approach individuals or businesses interested in financial products like personal loans, business loans, insurance policies, savings plans, or credit services.

Promote products through door-to-door visits, on-ground marketing, and networking.
2. Product Demonstration and Sales:

Explain product features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, repayment options, and benefits in a clear and convincing manner.

Conduct need-based selling by understanding customer requirements and suggesting suitable financial solutions.

Collect customer documents and assist in the application process.
3. Relationship Building:

Build strong, trust-based relationships with new and existing clients.

Provide after-sales service and follow up on renewals, EMIs, or top-up opportunities.

Encourage referrals from satisfied clients to generate new business.
4. Target Achievement:

Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Maintain a record of all sales activities, lead status, and customer data.

Share daily reports and updates with the team lead or branch manager.
5. Market Research and Feedback:

Gather insights on market trends, competitors’ offerings, and customer feedback.

Suggest improvements or promotional ideas based on field interactions.

Participate in local marketing or financial awareness drives as required.
