Field Sales Executive
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development:

Visit clients, retailers, or distributors in the assigned area to promote and sell products/services.

Generate leads through cold calling, direct visits, networking, and referrals.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective customers.

Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions based on product features and pricing.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
-
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.

Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Resolve customer complaints and address product-related queries in a timely and professional manner.

Regularly collect feedback and report market trends or customer preferences.
3. Target Achievement:
-
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the sales manager.

Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and actively follow up to convert leads into sales.

Report daily activities, sales progress, and challenges to the reporting manager.
4. Territory Management:
-
Plan and organize daily routes to ensure maximum coverage of assigned territory.

Maintain records of customer visits, product interest, and orders in the sales CRM or logbook.

Identify high-potential areas and suggest marketing activities for brand promotion.
5. Product Knowledge and Promotion:

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products/services offered by the company.

Explain product features, benefits, and technical details to customers in simple terms.

Assist with promotions, sampling, events, or exhibitions conducted in the field.
6. Reporting and Documentation:
-
Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the team lead or manager.

Ensure all documents such as invoices, order forms, and receipts are accurately filled.
-
Track customer payments and coordinate with the accounts team as needed.
