Job Description

• Assisting customers in sale of a range of financial products

• Ensure no errors or miss-selling while assisting the customers

• Responsible for meeting individual targets as set by the company periodically

• Adhere to and support company policies and practices

• Educate customers about the available products & advantages

• Update and manage contact database with accurate profiles

• Pass on sales opportunities of other products to relevant people

• Protect confidential information (incl. customer details) from usage or disclosure except for the due discharge of work assigned by the company

• Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads

• Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data

• Maintain and expand client database.
