Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The Field Sales Executive is responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets by actively engaging with potential and existing customers in the field. This position involves visiting clients at their premises, conducting product demonstrations, pitching solutions, and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, persuasive, and confident in working independently in a target-oriented environment. They should have a strong understanding of the sales process and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and credibility with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition and Business Development:

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, door-to-door meetings, networking, and referrals.

Visit businesses, retail outlets, or designated territories to promote and sell products or services.

Conduct regular market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs.

Convert leads into successful deals by understanding customer pain points and offering relevant solutions.
2. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:

Present and demonstrate company products and services to prospective clients, explaining features and benefits effectively.

Customize sales pitches based on customer profiles and industry.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to decision-makers.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions of sales agreements while adhering to company policies.
3. Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and follow-ups.

Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Maintain regular communication with clients to keep them informed about product updates, promotions, and new offerings.
4. Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.

Prepare and submit sales reports, activity logs, and forecasts to management regularly.
5. Territory and Time Management:

Plan daily, weekly, and monthly field activities efficiently to maximize time and resources.

Map territories, set visit goals, and follow up on prospects and leads diligently.

Keep track of appointments, visits, and interactions using CRM software or tracking tools.
6. Market Feedback and Reporting:

Collect and report customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities to the management team.

Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

Suggest improvements to product offerings or sales processes based on field experience.
