Job Description

Nature of work : Field work, business loan

Must have 2 wheeler & license

Chennai candidates are preferred

Immediate joiners wanted

Experience in field sales

Age limit is 20 to 35

Gender - Male only

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition:

Identify and target potential customers in assigned regions or markets, including small businesses, startups, retailers, and professionals.
Generate leads through cold calls, field visits, referrals, and local networking.
Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with prospects to explain loan products and eligibility criteria.

2. Sales & Conversion:

Promote and sell unsecured or secured business loans as per company offerings.
Understand the borrower’s financial needs, assess their eligibility, and suggest appropriate loan solutions.
Collect and verify basic documents required for loan processing.
Follow up with prospects regularly to move them through the loan application and approval process.
Meet or exceed monthly loan disbursement and lead conversion targets.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Educate customers on the terms and conditions, repayment structures, and benefits of the loan product.
Provide excellent after-sales service to address queries or resolve issues.
Coordinate with internal teams (credit, operations, documentation) to ensure smooth processing.

4. Documentation & Compliance:

Ensure accurate and complete submission of client documentation for loan approval.
Conduct preliminary field verification, if required, to assess business operations.
Follow all regulatory and internal compliance guidelines while sourcing and onboarding clients.

5. Reporting & Analysis:

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, applications, and lead progress.
Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to the manager.
Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to improve field performance.
