G. K. & Sons Automobiles Pvt. Ltd., is one of the largest and reputed auto spare parts & Industrial Lubricants distribution house in Central India, invites applications for the Industrial Visits for ExxonMobil - one of leading Lubricant brand globally.

Responsibilities

Make Mechanic/ Retail / Industrial visits for potential Customer identification and building team accordingly for region wise management of the business.
Take lead across all aspects of the company by reviewing how departments work together
Annual Target need to be achieved for Sales
Segment wise target to be monitored
Outstanding need to be monitored and collection to be done as per company policy
Need to ensure inventory level as per company norms
Report sharing to be done on regular basis with the Principal Company (ExxonMobil)
Build a positive and productive culture in the workplace
Leading the development of the company’s short- and long-term strategy
Creating and implementing the company or organization’s vision and mission
Evaluating the work of other executives within the company and providing them assistance.
Assessing risks to the company and ensuring they are monitored and minimized
Setting strategic goals and making sure they are measurable and describable
