Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Identify and develop new sales opportunities by prospecting potential clients through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.

Research and identify potential clients or markets for the company’s products or services.

Qualify leads and set up appointments with potential clients for further discussions.
2. Sales Presentations and Product Demonstrations:

Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and site visits to potential and existing clients.

Tailor sales pitches to meet the specific needs and interests of the client.

Address client questions and concerns regarding products, services, pricing, and delivery options.
3. Sales Negotiation and Closing Deals:

Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with clients to close sales.

Follow up with clients to ensure the sales process is completed efficiently.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
4. Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to promote customer loyalty and repeat business.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the product or service.

Resolve any issues or complaints from clients in a timely and professional manner.
5. Market Research and Competitor Analysis:

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential sales opportunities or threats.

Gather feedback from clients and report insights to management for product or service improvements.

Stay informed about industry developments and new product offerings to stay ahead of the competition.
6. Sales Reporting and Administration:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in CRM software.

Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client meetings, and pipeline status.

Submit sales forecasts and performance updates to management as required.
7. Collaboration with Internal Teams:

Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and market positioning.
