Job Description
We are looking for energetic and self-driven Field Sales Executives who will visit retail shops, distributors, and wholesalers to promote and sell POSCA Tea. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, enjoy fieldwork, and have good communication skills.
Key Responsibilities-
Visit retail shops daily to generate orders for POSCA Tea.

Build and maintain strong relationships with shop owners and distributors.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Ensure product visibility and brand placement at counters.

Collect market feedback, competitor insights, and customer suggestions.

Maintain proper sales records and report to the Sales Manager.

Coordinate with delivery and accounts teams for smooth operations.
