Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Acquisition:

Visit prospective clients at their offices, homes, or business premises to promote and sell products or services.

Conduct door-to-door sales, retail visits, or business-to-business (B2B) meetings depending on the target market.

Identify new sales opportunities by actively prospecting in your assigned territory.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and follow up consistently to convert them into customers.
2. Product Demonstration and Sales Presentation:

Clearly explain product features, pricing, benefits, and promotions to prospective customers.

Provide in-person demonstrations or samples where applicable.

Answer customer queries and address objections confidently.

Use persuasive techniques to encourage sales and close deals effectively.
3. Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Serve as the face of the company in the field, representing our brand professionally.
4. Territory Management:
-
Plan and organize daily travel routes efficiently to maximize coverage of the assigned area.

Understand the geographic, economic, and demographic characteristics of your territory.

Keep records of visits, interactions, and outcomes for future reference and performance evaluation.

Report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to the sales manager.
5. Sales Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities using CRM tools or manual logs.

Submit daily, weekly, or monthly sales reports as required by the management.

Track targets, conversion rates, and other performance metrics consistently.
6. Team Coordination:

Work closely with the inside sales team, support staff, and other field executives to ensure smooth operations.

Share insights and strategies with colleagues to improve overall team performance.

Participate in team meetings, product training sessions, and briefings as required.
