Field Sales Executive
Job Description
Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and target-driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting potential customers in person, generating leads, pitching products or services, closing sales, and building strong customer relationships. This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication skills, confidence, and a proactive attitude.
The Field Sales Executive will play a key role in achieving the company’s sales objectives and expanding its customer base within a defined geographic area.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales and Client Acquisition

Visit potential customers at their location (homes, offices, businesses) to promote and sell products or services.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned area.

Demonstrate and explain product features and benefits clearly to customers.
2. Lead Generation & Follow-up
-
Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and market research.

Follow up on inquiries and leads received through various marketing channels.

Maintain a pipeline of potential customers and update sales progress regularly.
3. Relationship Management
-
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Handle customer queries, concerns, or complaints professionally and promptly.
4. Reporting & Documentation
-
Maintain daily records of visits, sales, customer feedback, and follow-up actions.

Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the Team Leader or Sales Manager.

Coordinate with internal departments (inventory, accounts, delivery, etc.) to ensure smooth order processing.
Candidate Requirements
Education
-
Minimum: 12th Pass / HSC
Experience
-
Freshers with good communication and interest in sales are welcome
Skills & Attributes
-
Good communication skills in English, or Hindi – depending on region
-
Self-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented
-
Ability to handle rejections and objections positively
-
Basic knowledge of smartphones, mobile apps, and Google Maps
-
Must be comfortable with traveling within the city/area on a daily basis
-
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred (if required for the role)
