Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the power transmission, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions that align with Hakke Industries' product offerings.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and project consultants.
  • Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and site visits to support sales efforts.
  • Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tenders in coordination with the internal teams.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
  • Collaborate with the design, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-5 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in the steel, power, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong technical knowledge of transmission poles, lighting poles, or galvanized steel structures is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and travel for client meetings and site visits.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
