Salary: 16,000 – 30,000/month + TA + Incentives
Role Overview:
We are looking for dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to drive sales and
visibility at the retail level. You will be responsible for engaging retailers, ensuring proper
product placement, and achieving monthly sales targets within your territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit retail shops, Kirana stores, and counters to promote and sell products
Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors
Ensure proper display, availability, and visibility of products
Take daily orders and coordinate deliveries with the supply team
Achieve monthly/weekly sales targets as per the company plan
Track competitor activity and share market feedback with management
Execute marketing schemes and promotional activities at the retail level
Eligibility & Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in FMCG/retail field sales (preferred)
Minimum education: 10th pass; graduate preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and responsible
