Job Description

Designation: Sales Executive(Freshers)Department: Sales & MarketingReporting To: Sales Manager / Business Development ManagerLocation: Bangalore, Karnataka.
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Objective
To generate new AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) business for facility management services by identifying prospects, generating leads, pitching services, closing contracts, and maintaining long-term customer relationships. This role is ideal for freshers who are enthusiastic, target-driven, and willing to learn sales in the facility management sector.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
  • Identify potential customers such as apartments, individual houses, villas, commercial buildings, offices, schools, hospitals, and retail establishments.
  • Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, referrals, digital platforms, and existing databases.
  • Conduct door-to-door visits and site surveys where required.

Sales & Business Development
  • Promote AMC services including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, housekeeping, pest control, STP, and general maintenance services.
  • Explain AMC scope, benefits, pricing, and service deliverables clearly to customers. 
  • Prepare basic quotations and follow up for closure under guidance of seniors.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Client Interaction & Relationship Management
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.* Address basic customer queries and coordinate with operations team for technical clarifications.* Ensure customer satisfaction and support renewals of AMC contracts.

Skills & Competencies
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Basic negotiation and convincing skills
  • Willingness to work in the field 
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated 
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / reporting (preferred)
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
