Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, visiting potential clients, presenting our products/services, and closing deals.

Visit potential customers and explain products/services in detail

Identify and generate new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, or referrals

Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Generation and Lead Management

Actively prospect and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.

Identify and target new customers in your assigned geographic area or industry.

Set up meetings with prospective clients to demonstrate the benefits of the company’s products or services.

Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
2. Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the products/services provided.

Regularly follow up with clients to check on satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for additional sales or upselling.

Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
3. Product Knowledge and Presentation

Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the products/services being offered to communicate their value to potential clients effectively.

Present product demonstrations, answer questions, and provide tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and new product features to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
4. Sales Targets and Reporting

Work toward achieving individual and team sales targets as set by the company.

Keep accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the company’s CRM system.

Prepare regular sales reports, providing insights into progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Monitor sales metrics to ensure that you are on track to meet your goals.
5. Territory Management

Manage and prioritize your sales territory by planning daily, weekly, and monthly schedules to maximize time spent with potential clients.

Efficiently manage travel and fieldwork to maximize sales opportunities within your territory.

Evaluate potential market trends and adjust strategies to meet the demands of the target audience in the territory.
6. Negotiation and Closing Deals

Negotiate contracts and terms of sale to meet both customer needs and company goals.

Overcome objections and close sales with a focus on long-term relationships and value creation.

Provide clear and accurate pricing information, ensuring transparency in all transactions.
7. Collaboration with Internal Teams

Work closely with the sales manager, marketing, and other departments to ensure a smooth sales process and a seamless customer experience.

Provide feedback from customers and prospects to help improve products, services, and sales strategies.

Participate in team meetings to share best practices, discuss sales strategies, and stay informed about company initiatives.
