Job Description
Position Summary
We are looking for a proactive, goal-oriented, and dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. This role involves identifying potential customers, generating leads, conducting field visits, and closing sales deals. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Field Sales Executives are responsible for building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering them the most suitable products or services. This is a front-line sales position requiring on-the-ground market presence and daily interaction with prospective and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting

Identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, door-to-door visits, market mapping, referrals, and local campaigns.

Generate new leads by networking in assigned territories, attending local events, or collaborating with channel partners.

Maintain an up-to-date list of prospects and manage them using CRM or lead tracking tools.
2. Field Visits and Customer Interaction

Visit customers at their business premises or homes to demonstrate products/services and explain offerings in detail.

Understand client requirements and customize solutions to suit their business or personal needs.

Act as the face of the company in the field, maintaining professionalism and trust in all interactions.
3. Product Knowledge and Presentation

Gain in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services.

Demonstrate how products work, answer technical or commercial questions, and present benefits effectively.

Provide brochures, samples, pricing information, and offers to support decision-making.
4. Sales Conversion and Follow-up

Convert potential leads into paying customers by effectively closing deals through negotiation and persuasion.

Follow up with interested clients through calls, messages, or revisits.

Ensure the completion of documentation, order forms, and payment collections.
5. Market Intelligence and Reporting

Gather market insights including competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer feedback.

Share field intelligence with the sales and marketing teams to adapt strategies accordingly.

Maintain daily activity reports including leads contacted, sales closed, issues faced, and market trends observed.
6. Customer Service and Relationship Management

Provide excellent after-sales support and resolve client queries or complaints promptly.

Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business, upselling, and customer referrals.

Assist in renewals, reorders, or warranty/service-related coordination.
