Job Description

1) 4+ years of experience with Hydraulic equipment design and development.

2) Self-starter with strong technical and analytical skills, attention to detail, customer focus, and the ability to perform concurrent assignments with team members.

3) Ability to communicate technical information effectively with team members and process partners.

4) Good planning and organizing skills.

5) Knowledge of hydraulics (Power pack & Hydraulic cylinders, Machine Building, Structural analyze)

6) Good communication in English.

7) Design software: Solid work.

8) Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Salary range from 18,000-25,000 based on their experience

Work Location : Kurumbapalayam, Coimbatore. Tamil Nadu

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Visits and Lead Generation

  • Conduct field visits to meet potential customers, retailers, dealers, distributors, or end users.

  • Generate new leads through cold calling, door-to-door visits, referrals, and local market networking.

  • Present and demonstrate products/services effectively during customer meetings.

  • Follow up on sales enquiries and convert prospects into customers.

2. Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

  • Provide after-sales support and handle client concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Conduct regular visits to check on client satisfaction and ensure long-term engagement.

3. Sales Reporting and Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of daily visits, meetings, enquiries, follow-ups, and sales closures.

  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Sales Manager.

  • Record all customer interactions, quotes given, and deals closed in the company’s CRM or reporting tool.

4. Target Achievement

  • Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.

  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell based on customer needs and feedback.

  • Monitor local market trends and competitor activities and report insights to management.

5. Product Knowledge and Promotion

  • Gain in-depth knowledge about the products/services offered by the company.

  • Educate customers on features, pricing, payment terms, warranties, and benefits.

  • Distribute brochures, catalogs, and promotional materials during field visits.

6. Territory and Route Planning

  • Plan daily routes efficiently to maximize coverage of assigned territories.

  • Prioritize high-potential areas and schedule appointments where possible.

  • Maintain punctuality and professionalism during all client interactions.

7. Customer Feedback and Market Intelligence

  • Gather feedback on customer preferences, product performance, and market demand.

  • Suggest improvements in product offerings or sales strategy based on field observations.

  • Keep the marketing and product development team informed about market trends.
