Job Description
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to increase footfall and sales. Identify and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and loyalty programs.
Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and competitor activities.
Strengthen relationships with existing customers and attract new ones through targeted marketing efforts.
Collaborate with the sales team to set and achieve revenue targets.
Manage social media and digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
Organize in-store activations, product launches, and community engagement events.
Analyze sales data and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
Skills required:-
Degree requirements (Any)
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales and marketing within the FMCG industry.
Strong understanding of consumer behavior and retail marketing trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Adequate knowledge in digital marketing and social media management.
Ability to think creatively and implement effective marketing campaigns.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
