Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking an energetic, self-driven, and goal-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to visit customers on the field, promote and sell our products or services, build strong relationships with clients, and drive revenue growth.
This position demands a candidate who enjoys outdoor client interaction, has strong communication and negotiation skills, and is willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should be passionate about meeting targets and representing the brand with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition & Field Visits

Identify potential customers through cold calls, door-to-door visits, referrals, and market surveys.

Travel within the assigned area or territory to meet prospects or existing clients.

Conduct product/service presentations and demos at client locations.

Understand client needs and suggest appropriate products or services.
2. Sales & Revenue Generation

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets as defined by the management.

Promote the sale of new products, schemes, or promotional offers.

Upsell or cross-sell related products to existing clients to maximize revenue.

Collect payments or documentation (as required) and maintain records.
3. Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.

Provide after-sales support and handle customer queries or complaints efficiently.

Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
4. Reporting & Coordination

Update daily sales activity, client feedback, and progress in the CRM or Excel tracker.

Report market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to the manager.

Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, billing, logistics, and customer support.
5. Market Research & Brand Representation

Understand the local market dynamics, customer demographics, and competitor offerings.

Act as a brand ambassador and represent the company professionally at all times.

Distribute brochures, samples, or promotional materials as needed.
