Key Responsibilities:

Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the customer’s needs.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to close deals effectively.

Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations.

Manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads, follow-ups, and closing sales efficiently.

Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

Market Research and Competitor Analysis:

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.

Provide regular reports to management on sales activities, market conditions, and competitor insights.

Suggest improvements to the sales strategy based on field feedback and market dynamics.

Achieving Sales Targets:

Set and meet personal and team sales targets as defined by management.

Work consistently to increase sales volume and market share.

Plan daily, weekly, and monthly schedules to maximize customer visits and sales productivity.

Attend sales meetings and training sessions to continuously improve selling techniques.

Product Knowledge and Training:

Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products or services.
