Job Description
Job Summary:
We are hiring Field Sales Executives for our growing real estate firm in Hyderabad/Secunderabad. This is a dynamic, on-the-ground sales role that involves direct marketing, client visits, commercial knocks, site demos, and follow-up activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, presenting real estate projects, and converting prospects into sales.
Freshers and experienced candidates from any educational background are welcome to apply. If you are confident, self-motivated, and willing to work in the field with strong communication and persuasion skills, this is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career in real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Direct Field Sales:

Visit potential customers and conduct face-to-face marketing of residential or commercial real estate projects.

Perform commercial knocks in corporate offices, retail outlets, or other potential B2B locations to introduce property offerings.

Approach walk-in leads, referrals, or cold prospects with confidence and professionalism.
2. Giving Product Demos / Site Presentations:

Conduct project presentations and site visits for clients.

Explain project features, location advantages, pricing, payment plans, legal documentation, and amenities clearly.

Help clients visualize how the property meets their needs and build trust in the project and brand.
3. Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Identify and target potential buyers through fieldwork, market visits, and direct interactions.

Distribute brochures, business cards, and other promotional materials in high-footfall areas.

Participate in real estate exhibitions, kiosk promotions, or local marketing activities as needed.
4. Follow-Up & Conversion:

Regularly follow up with interested clients via calls, WhatsApp, or personal visits to answer queries and move the deal forward.

Coordinate with the sales team or back office for scheduling meetings, documentation, and site visits.

Update lead status regularly and maintain a proper follow-up schedule.
5. Market Awareness & Intelligence:

Stay updated on local market trends, competitors’ offerings, and new projects.

Collect feedback from prospects and provide suggestions to improve sales strategies.

Maintain awareness of pricing, availability, legal aspects, and updates related to assigned projects.
Required Skills & Competencies:
1. Communication & Presentation:

Good verbal communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and basic English.

Ability to explain project details confidently and clearly.

Active listening and strong interpersonal skills.
2. Sales Attitude:

Self-driven and goal-oriented with a passion for outdoor sales.

Positive attitude, high energy, and willingness to go the extra mile to close deals.

Ability to build rapport quickly and earn customer trust.
3. Adaptability:

Comfortable working in different localities in Hyderabad/Secunderabad.

Open to fieldwork and flexible working hours, including weekends or holidays (when needed).

Basic understanding of maps, locations, and local real estate zones.
4. Follow-up & Time Management:

Strong sense of responsibility and timely follow-ups.

Organized with the ability to manage multiple prospects at once.
