Job Summary:
The Field Sales Executive plays a vital role in driving revenue growth by engaging directly with customers in the field. This position involves identifying potential clients, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and promoting products or services face-to-face. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently while representing the company professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through  networking, and referrals.
- Client Engagement: Build relationships, understand customer needs, and present tailored solutions.
- Product Demonstration: Showcase products or services, often through presentations or demos.
- Negotiation & Closing: Handle objections, negotiate terms, and finalize deals to meet sales targets.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions, deals, and follow-ups  
- After-Sales Support: Ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.

Skills:
  • Communication:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with diverse clients.

  • Sales Skills:
    Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets through consultative selling techniques. Skilled in negotiating contracts and closing deals.

  • Self-Motivation and Discipline:
    Capable of working independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively. Proactive in pursuing leads and overcoming objections.

  • Problem-Solving:
    Aptitude for identifying customer challenges and proposing appropriate solutions. Able to think on feet and adapt strategies to meet dynamic market conditions.

  • Technical Proficiency:
    Comfortable using CRM software, sales tracking tools, and Microsoft Office applications. Basic technical knowledge of the products or services sold is advantageous.

  • Physical Stamina:
    Ability to travel frequently and spend extended hours in the field. Comfortable with physical activity such as walking or standing during presentations.
