Job Description
Lead Generation

Visit markets, PGs, apartments, business clusters, and shop owners to pitch loan offerings

Generate 10–12 quality leads per day through field activity

Promote loans for salaried and self-employed individuals with accurate product information
Sales Execution
-
Pitch suitable products (PL, BL, GL, HL) based on customer profile
-
Qualify and assess borrower documents, eligibility, and loan needs
-
Collect and verify required KYC, income, and financial documents
Client Relationship
-
Build a strong network with local vendors, shopkeepers, referral agents
-
Maintain relationships for repeat business and referrals
-
Follow up via WhatsApp/calls for documentation, disbursal progress, and after-sales
Reporting and Monitoring
-
Update daily work reports, lead status, disbursement pipeline
-
Coordinate with backend loan processing team for faster TAT
-
Attend weekly performance reviews and beat planning meetings
