Job Description

We’re Hiring: Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound inquiries and outbound calls to generate interest in real estate projects.

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.

  • Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

  • Schedule and coordinate site visits with clients and the sales team.

  • Maintain and update CRM with lead details and call status.

  • Provide accurate project information, pricing, and amenities to customers.

  • Ensure smooth coordination between clients and the sales/sales closure team.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Good convincing and negotiation ability.

  • Basic computer skills & CRM knowledge (preferred).

  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Customer-focused and proactive attitude.
