Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound inquiries and outbound calls to generate interest in real estate projects.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.

Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

Schedule and coordinate site visits with clients and the sales team.

Maintain and update CRM with lead details and call status.

Provide accurate project information, pricing, and amenities to customers.

Ensure smooth coordination between clients and the sales/sales closure team.
Required Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good convincing and negotiation ability.

Basic computer skills & CRM knowledge (preferred).

Ability to handle multiple inquiries and work in a fast-paced environment.

Customer-focused and proactive attitude.
