Target based sales job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, cold calling, referrals, or lead lists provided.

Conduct door-to-door visits to residential or business areas depending on product or service.

Research and understand the local market to find untapped sales opportunities.
2. Client Engagement and Presentations:

Introduce and explain company products/services in a clear and persuasive manner.

Deliver product demonstrations or samples when applicable.

Answer questions and handle objections from prospective clients.
3. Sales Conversion:

Convert leads into customers by closing sales face-to-face.

Assist clients with order placement, paperwork, digital registrations, or form-filling as needed.

Follow up on previous meetings or leads to encourage conversion.
4. Relationship Management:

Build strong, lasting relationships with customers.

Provide excellent post-sales support and service.

Collect and address feedback or complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate daily records of visits, client interactions, and sales.

Submit regular reports to the Sales Manager on progress, challenges, and market insights.

Use sales tools or apps to log visits and update lead status (if applicable).
6. Territory Management:

Plan daily routes and optimize travel within the assigned region.

Participate in local events, exhibitions, or roadshows if required.

Monitor competitor activity in the field and report findings to the team.
