Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Client Acquisition:

Identify potential customers through cold calling, field visits, networking, referrals, and digital outreach.

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or services.

Plan and execute daily field visits to meet prospective clients and generate leads.

Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and actively follow up to convert leads into sales.
2. Sales and Target Achievement:

Achieve assigned sales targets (monthly, quarterly, and annually) within the designated area or product line.

Present and demonstrate products/services to clients in person or at on-site meetings.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals within company guidelines.

Upsell and cross-sell additional products based on customer needs.
3. Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new customers.

Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and address issues promptly.

Conduct regular check-ins or visits to clients to maintain trust and identify new opportunities.
4. Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, sales activities, and deals closed using CRM software or sales logs.

Submit daily/weekly sales reports and field visit updates to the reporting manager.

Gather market and customer information to provide feedback to internal teams regarding trends, product performance, and customer preferences.
5. Coordination and Collaboration:

Coordinate with the internal sales team, logistics, and customer support to ensure timely delivery and service.

Participate in sales meetings, product training sessions, and team discussions.

Support marketing initiatives like product promotions, campaigns, and exhibitions in the assigned region.
