Job Description
Job Summary:
A Field Sales Executive is a dynamic, target-driven professional responsible for generating sales by physically visiting clients, pitching products or services, building customer relationships, and ensuring consistent business growth. This role involves identifying sales opportunities, meeting prospective customers in person, demonstrating product value, negotiating deals, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Ideal candidates for this role are energetic, self-motivated, persuasive, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. A Field Sales Executive is the face of the company on the ground and plays a crucial role in customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Revenue Generation:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.

Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets set by the management.

Pitch company products or services to potential clients in various industries.

Present and demonstrate products to clients, highlighting their benefits and features.

Close deals and follow through with timely order fulfillment and service delivery.
2. Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients and resolve any queries or concerns.

Conduct regular follow-ups and after-sales service visits to ensure customer satisfaction.

Gather customer feedback and report market insights to the sales manager.
3. Market Research and Territory Management:

Conduct thorough research on assigned sales territories to understand market potential.

Keep abreast of competitor products, pricing, and sales strategies.

Identify trends, customer preferences, and areas for improvement in sales strategy.

Strategically plan routes and customer visits to maximize productivity and minimize travel time.
4. Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities, customer interactions, and outcomes.

Update CRM or sales tracking software with client data and progress reports.

Submit timely reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to the supervisor.

Prepare and submit invoices, delivery notes, and other required documentation.
5. Product and Industry Knowledge:

Keep updated with new product launches, features, and promotional offers.

Educate customers about product specifications, technical advantages, and usage.

6. Coordination and Teamwork:
