Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive, results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for an energetic individual who enjoys working in a dynamic, customer-facing environment and is passionate about building relationships and driving revenue growth.
As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, visiting clients at their premises, presenting our products or services, negotiating deals, and closing sales. You will represent the company directly with customers, providing excellent service, product knowledge, and support. This position requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned territory through cold calls, site visits, networking, and referrals.

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the local market, customer segments, and competitor activities.

Generate leads and convert them into active clients through field visits and relationship building.
2. Customer Visits and Presentations:

Conduct regular field visits to potential and existing clients to present products or services, provide demos, and answer questions.

Deliver persuasive sales pitches customized to client needs, highlighting the value and benefits of our offerings.

Build rapport and trust with decision-makers to increase the likelihood of successful sales.
3. Sales and Revenue Generation:

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by management.

Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with customers, ensuring both profitability and customer satisfaction.

Process sales orders and ensure smooth coordination with internal teams for delivery, invoicing, and after-sales support.
4. Customer Relationship Management:

Establish and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Provide post-sales support, gather customer feedback, and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.

Act as the primary point of contact for field-based clients, offering continuous support and follow-ups.
5. Market Intelligence and Reporting:

Gather and share insights on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer behavior with the internal sales and marketing teams.

Prepare and submit regular sales reports, activity updates, and performance summaries to the sales manager.

Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and strategy planning discussions.
6. Product Knowledge:

Stay up to date with product and service offerings, features, pricing, and competitive advantages.

Attend product training sessions and workshops as needed.

Confidently answer technical or detailed customer questions about the product.
