Field Sales Executive
Job Description
PART TIME / FULL TIME
*ROLE* : *Field sales Executive*
GENDER* : *Male only*
*WORK* : *Google pay QR code, Onboarding and Revisit and soundbox*
*TARGET* : *No target*
TIMINGS* : *Work in any Free timings between( 8am to 9pm)*
WEEKLY PAYOUT* : *Rs: 7,000 to Rs:9,000*
WORK LOCATION* : *Overall Tamilnadu*

Key Responsibilities:
1. Merchant Onboarding:
-
Visit markets, retail shops, small businesses, and vendors to promote Google Pay for Business.

Explain the benefits of using Google Pay QR codes and Soundbox devices for payments.
-
Assist merchants in completing the onboarding and KYC process using mobile apps or a tablet device.
-
Capture all necessary documents (e.g., Aadhaar, PAN, bank details) and photos as per onboarding requirements.
2. QR Code Installation:
-
Issue and install Google Pay QR code stickers at merchant premises.
-
Educate the merchant on how to receive payments and track them via the app.
-
Ensure the QR code is properly displayed and active for customer use.
3. Soundbox Promotion and Deployment:
-
Promote the Google Pay Soundbox device (voice-enabled payment alert system) to eligible merchants.
-
Explain its advantages, including real-time payment alerts and language options.
-
Assist in installing and activating the Soundbox device for active merchants.
-
Provide basic troubleshooting support and link the device with the merchant account.
4. Revisit and Follow-ups:

Revisit inactive or partially onboarded merchants to complete onboarding.

Solve minor issues faced by merchants and encourage usage.

Educate merchants about cashback schemes, incentives, and digital payment safety.
5. Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain daily records of visits, successful onboardings, and rejections using company-provided mobile apps or forms.

Submit data accurately and on time to the team lead or reporting manager.

Collect feedback from merchants and share insights to improve outreach.
6. Brand Representation:
-
Represent Google Pay and the agency/partner organization in a professional and trustworthy manner.

Wear company-branded attire (if provided) and maintain a clean and professional appearance.
