Job Description
Job Overview:
We are looking for a Field Sales Executive who will play a key role in visiting merchants, onboarding them for digital payment services, installing QR codes and sound boxes, and helping them become more visible in the market. The role involves daily fieldwork, merchant interaction, and branding activities. Candidates will receive complete training and support to succeed.
This is an exciting opportunity for candidates who enjoy outdoor work, meeting new people, and being part of India’s digital and fintech revolution. You will be working with small and medium businesses and helping them grow using digital tools.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Merchant Onboarding & Servicing:

Visit local shops, vendors, and service providers in assigned areas.

Educate merchants about the benefits of accepting digital payments.

Help merchants complete onboarding formalities using a mobile app or form.

Install QR codes, UPI stickers, and sound boxes (for payment alerts) at the merchant's shop.

Ensure proper setup and understanding of the tools by the merchant.
2. Market Visibility & Branding:

Increase merchant visibility by placing branding material (posters, flyers, table stands).

Promote usage of the sound box and ensure it's displayed prominently.

Collect feedback from merchants and report any issues or needs for support.

Revisit shops periodically to ensure service quality and retention.
3. Competition Handling:

Identify merchants using competitor payment systems.

Highlight the benefits of your company's offering (e.g., better sound box features, faster settlements, lower charges).

Convert merchants from competitors by building trust and offering superior service.
4. Territory Management:

Plan and organize daily routes for efficient merchant coverage.

Maintain daily logs of shops visited, QR/sound box installed, follow-ups needed, and feedback received.

Submit daily or weekly reports to the team lead or manager.
5. Customer Education:

Teach merchants how to check transactions, use UPI apps, and report issues.

Inform them about cashback, rewards, referral programs, or promotional campaigns.

Encourage digital adoption, especially in small towns and local markets.
