Mobiliser - Educational Sales Professional
Location: On-site | Department: Sales
OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Mobiliser to join our educational sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our pre-primary books and Learning Management System (LMS) solutions to schools. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to build lasting relationships with educational institutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conduct regular school visits to showcase and promote educational products and solutions
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in schools, including principals, teachers, and management
• Perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand school requirements and align them with our solutions
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations of books and LMS platforms
• Provide detailed explanations of product features, benefits, and implementation processes
• Execute consultative selling approaches to convert prospects into clients
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets for both physical books and LMS subscriptions
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with school management
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
• Stay updated on product developments and market trends in educational technology
REQUIREMENTS:
Essential:
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Own two-wheeler for transportation
• Personal laptop for presentations and demonstrations
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Professional appearance and demeanor
Desired:
• Previous experience in educational sales
• Knowledge of educational technology and learning management systems
• Understanding of the pre-primary education sector
• Track record of achieving sales targets
